- DMDave MSep 5, 20255.0Great customer service. They helped me to attach a label and seal up a box for return. No waiting. The parking lot is being renovated, but I was still able to find a parking spot.
- AFAries FireJun 18, 20251.0I Have never experienced such poor quality in all my years of my ups experience! The rep said she couldn’t take the box it needed to be taped on top. I have always received full service at ups stores. I asked can you tape it? She took a deep breath as she rolled her eyes and said it would be $3. I said no problem and than said she couldn’t take the box that was delivered by ups saying it was two boxes. UPS delivered it as one and I was being returned exactly the same way. I didn’t even unseal the second seal. Shame on you for the obvious just wanted to give someone a hard time additude at the end of your day.
