  Closed several minutes before 6 PM. Locking the door as I drove up. Refused to reopen at 5:59 just to receive a pre-labeled box with an urgent medical sample. Laziest most disrespectful staff ever. UPS "Customer first" motto really being followed at this store.

  I have written hundreds of positive reviews because I like to support local business, but this place requires me to make the effort to warn people to stay away. My mother paid $100 to ship a critical package overnight to a destination less than 100 miles away and UPS took 5 days to deliver the package. To make matters worse, UPS never told me about the issue, never apologized, and made no effort to remedy the situation after the first few days. In fact, I was told someone would call me back, but nobody ever did. I wasted hours on the phone for no help at all. UPS is another big "tech" oriented company that doesn't care about customers, doesn't care about service, doesn't care about what you send. If you like a business that charges $100 to ship a package slower than you can walk backwards and forces you to deal with robot after robot then blows you off, this is where you should go. If you value time, self-respect, and whatever is in the box, I would head elsewhere.

She is a phenomenal employee who went above and beyond the call of duty. The outstanding service started even before I arrived: when I called the store, Amanda proactively gave me her name, ensuring that I knew exactly who to ask for to receive personalized help. When I arrived, she followed through with incredible dedication. I needed to ship a large, artificial Christmas tree from Connecticut all the way to Alabama for my son's former special needs class. This was a complex and potentially costly task, but Amanda treated the shipment with incredible care. She meticulously researched every option, ensuring we found the easiest and most cost-effective solution to get the tree to the students. Her kindness, patience, and commitment to making this process seamless were truly remarkable. Amanda is not just doing her job; she is a genuinely nice and caring person who makes a positive difference. She deserves the highest praise. Thank you, Amanda, for helping make the holidays brighter for a classroom full of exceptional students!
