- MSMario SalazarDec 16, 20251.0I went to mail a passport and a prepaid envelope to get a new passport back. The first thing the lady said was “We don’t sell prepaid envelopes”. Then she added, “but if you have a FedEx account then yes” I said I wasn’t sure if I had one. She asked to let her know if I found the account number and then left the counter. I didn’t really have time to look for this in my phone, all I wanted was to urgently mail this. Instead, I went to the closest UPS store and explain the same thing I had explained to the lady at FedEx. Their first response was “absolutely we can help you”. Within 5 minutes I was out of the UPS store, having happily spent $140 to ship an important envelope. Not only you lost this money but also any future business from me.
