- PSPhilip SteffensNov 15, 20251.0Beware that post office will deliver your packages to wrong address. I even had a flat item with a large label stating do not bend, the item was bent Extremely. Once something’s lost with them There’s nothing they can do.

I asked him for a book of stamps and he immediately showed me an array of choices. I then asked for the forms and he gave them to me right away. Throughout the whole transaction he was very nice and polite. I had a great experience at this location and will definitely stop in again if I need any postal services thanks to Tom. 😊
- JJJessyMay 21, 20205.0I had never been to the Waterford Post Office before and I'll certainly go back. I had to ship a large backpack to California and was not sure of the best way to send it out. Thankfully, Chris, the fantastic postal worker who helped me, did. He helped me determine the best and most affordable way to send it out. He also double checked the address and caught a critical mistake (that I had made) that would have prevented it from reaching its destination. In short, the ideal post office experience!

- MMMichelle MccuskerNov 1, 20171.0Worst post office. Tried to send an express envelope today first was told in Niantic that their cut off was 1 PM but Waterford was 3. Clerk in niantic told me she would call waterford to let them know I was coming. Arrived in front of clerk before 3 and she charged me fee for next day ($23+) then informed me this would not reach Boston until Friday. I could have hand delivered sooner and cheaper. In addition, the other clerk (male) told me I could drop it off at the airport but it wouldn't get there sooner than Friday. I don't appreciate smart aleck comments. There should be a sign posted stating that express mail 1 day service is not available for items dropped off after a certain time. At least the clerk in my local office (which does not offer 1 day service) is up front about it and doesn't charge the 1 day fee. Waterford's behavior is unacceptable. I will never use that facility and will send all my time sensitive material via Fedex from this point on. By the way Waterford staff denied ever getting a call from Niantic!
