Went with the wife to renew our passports. Admittedly I was apprehensive going in. However, Chris took care of business in both a professional and friendly way. Even pretended to enjoy our humor. Very pleased with the experience!!

the level of incompetence is staggering! delivering a cardboard package in the rain unprotected and left on the front porch to get wet?? (copy paper) this is not the first time we have had a problem, usually we just return it. this time i called to ask for a manager to explain the thought process, and someone posing as a manager got on the phone and told me that they haven't delivered my mail yet and i must've left it outside a couple of days. i explained that we have a security camera system at the house and i watched it happen on camera, she then told me it was delivered before 8am, before the rain started. ok, i don't leave for work until after 8am and my security system has the time stamp on it. this lady and apparently every employee, based on reviews is rude and should be removed from public contact. i further informed her that id be contacting the postmaster and filing a written complaint and asked for her name, she responded "larry"

It's purpose is clear but the staff could be a bit more friendly.
