They are a pleasure to be around and a pleasure to do business with. My family and I booked passport appointments here solely because of the great reviews and my husband, kids and I were pleased with the experience. Kenny is a jokester but also knowledgeable and honest. He was able to get solid photos of our 9 month old and 4 year old super efficiently 👏🏽👌🏽🙌🏽. Sat is patient, honest and kind. I’ll simply say our experience here was WAY better than what we’ve encountered for YEARS in various post offices in NYC. Keep up the great work guys!!! Anytime we need USPS service, we’ll definitely come here.

Came back here immediately, and had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Kenny. Wonderful guy with great customer service skills. He is always willing to help, and crack some jokes along the way! Definitely go to this office ONLY!!!

From start to finish, he showed genuine gratitude, kindness, and even brought some humor into the interaction, which made the whole experience enjoyable. He went out of his way to make sure everything was handled smoothly, all while keeping a positive attitude and making me feel appreciated as a customer. It’s rare to come across someone who carries themselves with that level of care and personality. Customer service like that just doesn’t exist anymore, and Kenny is a perfect example of how it should be. He turned a simple trip to the post office into something memorable, and that says a lot.
