- VMViviana MedinaSep 2, 20251.0I typically do not like to leave reviews but today I have too.I usually come in to pick up my disabled fathers mail, I never had a problem until today , The clerk wouldn’t give me the mail because I do not share residency with my father , again I come in all the time and never had a problem .When I ask to speak to the supervisor, she was very unprofessional , saying to one of the customers ummm town fair tired man should I give this woman her father’s mail. Saying she never seen my face before. I told her I had my father’s id on my phone and my own id .,not once did she try to resolve anything but asking why I’m upset and telling me to come next week when someone there does know my face. She was Loud and careless .Then she tells the customers how she’s trying to be professional after I told her she was not professional . the clerk jumps in ,proceeded to talk about an incident with another Customer that has nothing to do with me . Warning ….. If you ever have an issues this P.O Do not ask to speak to the supervisor, she has no customer service skills and no professional background. She really should take a diversified course in how to treat customers better ..
