Keep other people's packages and not send them for the fun of it? Not answering the phone? File a case with no updates? Cause that's what we all can insinuate. This isn't a normal operation and everyone of your workers needs to be investigated. What you guys are holding at this location I needed with extreme urgency and nothing was done.

Had sent out a package on December 18th and it was moving steadily until it ended up here. From the 21st-26th there was no movement at all and the automatic scanner told me my box would be late. I can understand the 24th and 25th no movement but this box was suppose to be at its destination by the 21st, there was also 3 more days for mail to move before the holidays. It finally moved the 26th to another distribution center but that long a wait for a box to move is ridiculous.

The package made it to wallingford but wasn't shipped out to waterbury!!! So I paid extra money to get it to waterbury for no reason!! Wallingford recieved the package but didn't send it out!!!
