- CCCam CAug 10, 20211.0I use to love this location before covid. The two gentleman were so personable and I loved my visits to the post office. Since then, I have been told that I have to go to the main post office because my 6 prepaid packages are too much. (Once a week) Since the new staff have come in, specifically one employee argues with me. I have reached out to the postmaster with no response. When I have a good experience I take the survey, but I now would rather go to Meriden than this office. They are much more friendly. Wallingford seriously needs to get it's act together. Both this location and the central Wallingford location at suffering. I had much compassion for what they have been going through but after my great experiences in Meriden I cannot stand for the lackluster service anymore.
