- CACarolina AlmeidaNov 9, 20251.0This staples does not prioritize customer service but unfortunately it’s the only spot near me that accepts Amazon returns. 80% of the traffic that comes in this store is here for Amazon returns, not to purchase retail but yet they don’t have a self service Amazon kiosk forcing folks to wait at the counter, which ultimately is inconvenient but fine. What I find inexcusable though is how you force a single cashier to tend to the Amazon line AND the Staples line (two separate lines) at the same time. That not only hurts the people making Amazon returns but it also hurts the percentage of customers that are here to purchase items from Staples!!
