  Employers have changed mantra on policy and procedures of engaging potential applicant. We have asserted the guilty to innocent mindset. Gazillion openings but Department of Labor and Our Astute Politicians must incorporate an employment system where employer-employee opportunities are incorporated into a program that invites all candidates. Bank teller job cannot be filled by bank robber but once a person has addressed the issue on paper through courts of law. Does same person deserve an opportunity to continue his or her American citizenship and the rights within. Or does this punishment deserve to be a part of their life forever? Very unfortunate set of circumstances facing potential applicants when there’s limited minded and closed minded HR Staff gripping their positions while Company success subsides due to a fearful and apprehensive HR policy procedure protocol employee.

  I’ve worked for many agencies but I believe Jake DeVellis goes beyond the call of duty. He even went to the extent to calling me well after office hours about finding me job opportunities. I truly couldn’t have asked for anything more it has truly been a pleasure to work with Adecco of Wallingford!!!!!
