Every staples printing department is an actual nightmare, but this one takes the cake. Was looking to pay cash to print 12 pieces of paper, they made me buy a gift card in the exact amount it would cost. Surprise, their system cannot accept jobs from cards with exact payment. When they tried to print the last one on their printer in the back, it completely messed up the format/colors, their solution was “oh well”. In the end wasn’t able to get all my menus printed, enjoy the gift card I left there with $1.30 on it 🙄 was such an unnecessary hassle, I will not be back.

It's a Staples. Did not have the toner cartridge I was looking for so I'll have to order online.

My husband and I went to the Tricity Vernon Staples because we had to return 2 fairly expensive items . On Friday, December 19th around noontime, the older dark haired woman working at the return counter was blatantly rough with everyone's returns. She picks up the items and literally just drops them on the floor. I swear to you. We returned 2 expensive small appliances (our son bought double by mistake) and she picked up each box, turned and LITERALLY dropped them from waist height onto the floor. I guarantee they're either broken or dented now. She was neither pleasant nor unpleasant, but her carelessness of peoples items are something to behold. My husband returned a Canon printer a couple weeks prior (that his company bought) but had to return and he said the same woman, picked up the printer box and dropped it to the hard floor. Go in and see for yourself!!

WARNING: DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING PRINTED HERE!!
I had a product that I produced sent for time sensative printing. I have had many such products printed in poster size through the years at this location. However, this time the day the product was to be picked up I recieved a call from a very rude print center representative who explained that they could not print the product due to copywrite. I explained how the image I was having printed was not, and could not, be copywrited, demonstrated it with a simple Google search, and was told that it wasn't her decision, that there is a corporate number that they call if they think an image is copywrited and they tell them what to do. I asked for the number, jotted it down, and tried to explain what the image was, how it was produced by me, etc, only to be hung up on.
I did go on to call the number and they explained that, despite what I was told, the store makes the decision and the call center can't overrule them. She also confirmed that no one had called them, proving that what I was told was a blatent lie.
As I said, I had used Staples and this location for years, but that is over. I would not go back to this location for any reason, and I would suggest that you avoid it as well!
