Post guy delivered my package to a parcel locker and forgot to leave the key to get into the locker…. Called them and it took 2 hours for them to resolve this problem. I wait all day for my mail and then when it says it’s been delivered it’s not even there.

The wait time on the phone is ridiculous that say you will wait 4 min. but I am still on hold for almost an hour . My package was not left they left me a post card but I was home all day on the delivery day so I don't understand how they missed the delivery.
