You can ask her anything and she always has the answer to the question. She’s a real asset to the Post in Trumbull and is very much appreciated. They are lucky to have her.

Kathie was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even when my phone debit card didn’t work to pay for money order she agreed to wait for me so I can get home to pick physical debit card and come back to complete the paperwork. Other people there were also nice and friendly. So don’t get spooked by negative reviews.

I come in 10 minutes before my scheduled time and they said they’re not “processing passports today”. They did it last week just fine for everyone else???
