- ALAndrey LFeb 12, 20265.0I booked my newborn’s passport appointment in advance, came 10 min earlier and everything was perfect. Kathie was exceptionally friendly and helpful, even when my phone debit card didn’t work to pay for money order she agreed to wait for me so I can get home to pick physical debit card and come back to complete the paperwork. Other people there were also nice and friendly. So don’t get spooked by negative reviews.

I come in 10 minutes before my scheduled time and they said they’re not “processing passports today”. They did it last week just fine for everyone else???
