Employee yelled at all the customers & was screaming that she has a masters degree & she should be treated that way (how is that not sure). By the time it was my turn she looked at me & said “you are not next you are cheating”. I ended up walking out with my package I wasn’t going to argue with her. All in all bad experience.

Their attitude was really bad & liked nothing happened even they were late. They photographed me to do my passport but the picture was really bad. Yesterday National Passport Center sent me the email required me to take another picture bc the picture they photographed was not clear. I do feel really bad experience about this office. Hopefully someone with authority should make it better.
