We notice a kids tablet we wanted to buy it and we asked the lady at the check out if somebody could get it since it was locked behind a glass door. 9/10 minutes goes by, mind you the store was EMPTY. We see employees clock in or clock out and nobody stops. Very polite I ask again to the same lady if somebody was coming and I explain we had to go we were in a time crunch. She told me in a very rude tone “we’re busy so!”, I wanted to go away, but my child was excited to have a her tablet and that was the only reason I stayed. Maybe some more screening and scrutiny when hiring employees wouldn’t hurt. Maybe some people are not fit for customer service. Next time the UPS store for printing, never had a bad experience there.
