    I am so frustrated. I just waited over 30 minutes to return a package, while someone was right there at the computer, they didn’t say anything the whole time till other customers started coming over. Just for them to say they couldn’t print the label. I’m just frustrated by the wait and being ignored until that moment.

    Absolutely HORRIBLE service in the copy and printing center. Not sure what happened to Jona he was the only one that knew what he was doing. Went in to get some full color full print posters made, my band and I were playing Mohegan Sun that night there was a line a mile long and four people sitting on their butts's in the office. I waited 35 mins and couldn't get help after that I asked the manager to print the posters but by that time I was standing there for 40 mins and I was running late for soundcheck. I told them to keep the posters can't sell them at my show if we aren't there and were late because their manager likes to sit on her butt. This store just lost $115 is poster print outs I would have given them now they can keep them. Instead of them being stuck with all the posters I came back today and tried to buy one off them. They would not sell me just one. So I decided to let them keep all of them because they couldn't get three posters printed in time for my show. Now they are stuck with them. Very ignorant.

    Arrive 15 minutes after the store should open and wait another 15 with multiple people waiting to get in. One of the people waiting advises us that she is an employee and doesn’t know where the manager is to open the store and can’t get a hold of anyone, so we leave. Poor management . Wouldn’t trust this store to sell me a pen.
