- KSkeri sJul 31, 20255.0I see a lot of bad reviews so I wanted to leave my own for a change of perspective ! I use this post office all the time and i haven't ever had an issue. I went in there this morning and the man that's always there in the morning ( Justin?) was so incredibly helpful. I was trying to track down a package I mailed 2 weeks ago that appeared to have been lost based on the tracking. He searched the system every way he could and despite me giving him all of the wrong info (I had the date and time wrong AND the person who had helped me that day wrong - I confused it with another day that I shipped a package) he was so patient and kind and he solved the mystery . He found the transaction and gave me plenty of proof that it was actually delivered last week despite the recipient not verifying that it was. He was the only one there and had other customers that he bounced back and forth between me and helping them and was still smiling and kind with us all. I would have lost patience with me if I were him lol! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!

I regularly have time sensitive items and it's a major inconvenience to have to come the next day to receive items that should have been delivered. Front counter woman claims she left a note to the driver but I highly doubt she did. Avoid getting large packages if possible.

In addition to this, they frequently have our packages but don't give us slips so we have no idea about them unless we follow USPS tracking for our address. Such a hassle and employees are completely impossible to get through to.
