- KSkeri sJul 31, 20255.0I see a lot of bad reviews so I wanted to leave my own for a change of perspective ! I use this post office all the time and i haven't ever had an issue. I went in there this morning and the man that's always there in the morning ( Justin?) was so incredibly helpful. I was trying to track down a package I mailed 2 weeks ago that appeared to have been lost based on the tracking. He searched the system every way he could and despite me giving him all of the wrong info (I had the date and time wrong AND the person who had helped me that day wrong - I confused it with another day that I shipped a package) he was so patient and kind and he solved the mystery . He found the transaction and gave me plenty of proof that it was actually delivered last week despite the recipient not verifying that it was. He was the only one there and had other customers that he bounced back and forth between me and helping them and was still smiling and kind with us all. I would have lost patience with me if I were him lol! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!!
- DBDeborah BogertOct 12, 20231.0Been out taking care of appts all day.need to mail box ,pass by several different post offices along the way but decided I will go to thomaston office they are always so kind and helpful.Not today a young man brown hair mustache slight beard, rudest person I have encountered in thomaston.I lug my package not light place on counter and didn't tape it because I thought something one of form needed to go in ( overseas).asked thinking he would just be kind me tape it there , but nope he says tape it up meaning lug back to your car tape then come back.Hope others don't have to deal with him. Where is common courtesy and just doing your job to best of your ability.

My apartment building has been explained to multiple people at this post office yet they can't seem to put my packages at the appropriate place. I have to call each time and complain. One time- $140 boots went missing and was never found. Today- a box with $100 worth of items is missing.
