I spoke to the manager and she wouldn’t refund my money and insisted that they have experience and don’t make mistakes. They took the same package the week before with no problem. I’m so angry, it’s very difficult contacting customer service. I have ring camera video of the package.
- KHKevin HarpJan 8, 20261.0I had the same experience as Crystal Wooley. I needed only 6" of tape so the UPS Pakage would not rip open and the Clerk had 3 tape hand guns right behind her. She started raising her voice at me like I had stolen something or asked to borrow some money. I'm glad I had some tape in my car. I went back in and the other clerk was so pleasant and she even asked if I could wheel the hand truck with the heavy box to the back of the store and I wheeled it in the back of the store for her. If I'm able to help why I could not get a strip of tape. I know times are hard but damn. All set going to 1345 Barnum Ave location. It was so embarrassing to have someone raised their voice for a piece of tape?
