The staff here are horrible they are rude and inconsiderate. These a sign posted asking you not to Leave items unattended and to ring the bell and wait to be served. Today I waited for 14 mins and rung the bell 5 times total no one ever came out back yet you can hear them talking and laughing behind the wall. Monday when I came it was basically the same treatment except the female came out looking like she was upset and speaking to me very nasty. They all need to be retrained or let go because they obviously don’t appreciate their jobs and only seem to be there for a paycheck.

Had a package that needed to be signed for, which I missed, so that was on me. I requested redelivery and 3 days later it's still sitting in the post office. I don't drive, but now I have to ride a bike or walk to them because they can't be bothered to do their job correctly 😡🤬

I’ve lived in town for nearly 16 years and this facility has always been super helpful. I called today to inquire about a package delivery while my mail is on “hold.” I spoke to Jose, the nastiest individual I’ve ever encountered in all of my USPS dealings. I didn’t have a tracking number and asked if he could tell me if the package was delivered if I gave my address. He said, “Oh sure, I don’t have anything better to do than go on a wild goose chase.” If my mail is on hold status, then it’s sitting somewhere waiting to be delivered at the specified time. There’s no “wild goose chase” involved. I didn’t expect him to do it at that moment. He could have asked for my information and gotten back to me tomorrow. Even if he wasn’t able (or willing) to look, he simply could have said, “I’m sorry, I can’t do that.”

Postal workers stole the contents of my parcel, delivering me an empty parcel with air and sticker "damaged"When trying to find out which city it happened in, the mail manager said that he would find out what happened, and it happened only by hiding himself by handing the employee a letter to me "where they confirm and sorry that this happened" Seriously?and who will reimburse me for the stolen items? Now I am sure that the employees of this office stole my parcel, because how can you accept an empty air parcel from other cities, they also check the contents of the parcel, how could you not see that it was empty?????????What are you doing there?????and this is the STATE Post Office, the face of the city of Stratford! Shame on you!!!Countries are collapsing because of such workers and thieves…
