These people in this building do not do their jobs. My address was supposed to be changed not once, but twice and now I have to jump through hurdles because of the amount of people that aren’t completing task in this office. Just making everyone aware, they are not here to serve people, they are here for a paycheck whether things get done or not.

I am requesting to speak with the manager or a supervisor at this post office.
I mailed a package several weeks ago, and the tracking information still shows that the item remains at this location with no movement.
I have visited this office on three separate occasions seeking assistance. Unfortunately, the employee who accepted my package displayed an unprofessional attitude and refused to assist me during my most recent visits.
I respectfully request that a supervisor or manager review my case, as this package is addressed to a military facility, and the delay is a serious concern.
Thank you for your time and assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.

Biometric Fingerprinting. After going to Pepe Milford usps where three people were chillin and they said that fingerprinting can’t be done because someone is on a 2 hour break….On friday at 1:45pm, I came to startford. They were wonderful. They knew exactly how to do fingerprinting for two. No appointment was needed. Very polite and patient.

The people here are always rude the line is always long and there always seems to be malfunctions/problems with there staff/computers. Ive been shipping packages for over 10+ years daily.
It seems that everytime i go to send a package at this specific location theres a new rule/regulation that did not exsist the day before. Its just B/S so the workers can be lazy and not have as much work. For example each day i was shipping the exact same size packages. Then one day a lady that I have never seen before tells me that my label is in the wrong place and the I have to remove them and re-do them(10x parcels). When I tired to explain how i had been coming there for a long time and shipping like this everyday without any issues she told me there was no way it was true ( as if i was lying). On top of this she was nasty and rude while I tried to kill her with kindness.
As far as any postal service is concerd this is by far the worst in the whole area (I've been to almost all the others). The people are unprofessional, rude, impolite, lazy, and have no real regard or sincerity in their service.
To be honest it's worth driving the extra 15 min to a different post office and saving yourself the 25 min waiting in line and the headaches dealing with the people who work here.
