  Very disappointed in the service. I was charged for shipping and handling. My son brought the return package it was boxed taped with PP label. I spoke to the manager and she wouldn’t refund my money and insisted that they have experience and don’t make mistakes. They took the same package the week before with no problem. I’m so angry, it’s very difficult contacting customer service. I have ring camera video of the package.

  I had the same experience as Crystal Wooley. I needed only 6" of tape so the UPS Pakage would not rip open and the Clerk had 3 tape hand guns right behind her. She started raising her voice at me like I had stolen something or asked to borrow some money. I'm glad I had some tape in my car. I went back in and the other clerk was so pleasant and she even asked if I could wheel the hand truck with the heavy box to the back of the store and I wheeled it in the back of the store for her. If I'm able to help why I could not get a strip of tape. I know times are hard but damn. All set going to 1345 Barnum Ave location. It was so embarrassing to have someone raised their voice for a piece of tape?

  This is the most difficult unpleasant UPS drop off without them charging for what is suppose to be a free drop off. Whether it’s a complaint about how it’s packaged(which is the original packaging) or a piece of tape for a package you received in it’s original form I.e. you didn’t even open the package they are telling you have to buy a whole tape or if they tape it for you they are going charge you!! They are even charging to attached the return label you provide. When I go to other ups stores they are warm and welcoming no aggravation to drop a package off ups slips available free of cost to place your return labels. Safe to say I will not be visiting that ups store on Barnum Ave in Stratford!!!

  Excellent customer service, low employee turnover; always same friendly faces. I haven’t seen anything but stellar customer service given to all in the past 3 years when I visit weekly for my job.
