  There’s one Security Guard that’s on post Monday - Friday at 4 in the morning and he always giving people attitude and even sleeps a lot. He makes this FedEx location at 495 Lordship so uncomfortable. He wears a hat, Darkskin, short with a beard and looks about 40.

  Please find another carrier to ship with. My driver refuses to leave packages at the door. Instead, packages are left at the mailbox, where they are vulnerable to theft. It does not matter whether it is raining or sunny—forget about snow, even when the driveway is plowed. I have filed at least six complaints and requested to speak with a manager and a plant supervisor, but my concerns have gone unanswered. I have also politely requested door delivery due to a disability, yet nothing has changed. I am simply asking that my driver be mindful that his job is to provide service to customers.

  Driver showed up extremely late, didn’t wait for anyone to receive the package. Couldn’t even wait 15 seconds after knocking on the front door before turning around a leaving. They also didn’t leave any sort of notice or receipt, simply turned around, took a photo of our front porch, and left. Extremely unprofessional and downright disrespectful.

  If I could give 0 stars I would! Their driver lied and said they “recipient refused delivery” and they never even came by! Had to call multiple times to finally get ahold of a real person that said they’ll send a message to the hub and try to deliver the following day now my package has been stuck on “out for delivery” 4 days now and no one can help!!!!!!

  Driver said they tried to deliver. I even copy the photo the driver never knocked on the door.
