- YCYurico Castillo4 days ago1.0Terrible customer service. I went to get passports for my twins; I brought all the documents ready—all that remained was to take the photos and pay. They told me they couldn't assist me because my children's father wasn't present; I explained that I had a notarized consent form for that purpose, but then they turned around and told me I needed an appointment. The website does not state that an appointment is mandatory for minors under 16. The woman of Asian descent was very rude—simply because there were other people waiting...There was another person waiting to renew their passport who didn't have an appointment, and they were served anyway., so what is the difference? They are completely unprofessional... I really don't want to think that this was due to racism...
