I dropped off three examples of stationery with brass plates and logos that I wanted replicated. I followed up with four emails, three phone calls, and eventually four additional visits without any success. The reason given was that one of the papers is not readily available, but that should have not stopped the other two requests for stationery from being completed, but, somehow it did. After twelve months I picked up my packet, and within three weeks I now have the stationery in hand with the "not readily available" paper along with the other two standard orders of stationery.

He went above and beyond to get the job done as perfect as possible and I was very grateful for his willingness and aim for excellence! Thank you!
