- OKOmar KaziDec 8, 20251.0The lady was rude and unhelpful. Did not give me peace of mind that my packages will be safely held and how to request to have packages stored for a month, and saying that "XL and Large P.O. boxes are only for businesses" but I only need one short term, less than 6 months. She should tell me which USPS locations near me have more P.O. boxes or other alternatives. She did not give us any instructions on how to do it online. This place is understaffed as well. And they do not have XL P.O. boxes at this location. Uncomfortable going on vacation and where my packages will end if going away for more than 2 weeks, and a package that was late arrives while I am gone. And she did not explain how to get the 30 day package hold, and if the package would get returned to sender, and refunded, or extra fees, or to just buy a P.O. box from online to put that package in. And she did not say the max dimensions of the package, if not using the P.O. boxes. or for large packages.

Cynthia is not helpful nor knowledgeable about anything regarding the postal services I’m not sure why after all of the complaints about her listed; she’s still able to continue to provide a disservice to this location. Cynthia doesn’t even try to assist customers she sends every customer to camp avenue when she doesn’t want to deal with them. There’s no manager at this site so staff are able to just literally say and do whatever they want. When you do reach a manager who as Cynthia says is located on camp avenue the manager does absolutely nothing!! I will never go to this location ever again which is extremely unfortunate because my business is located down the street.
