All the staff are extremely professional, kind, friendly, and patient. There are almost never any lines, and everything is always handled smoothly. Thank you so much for your hard and important work!
- GVGabriela ValverdeJun 9, 20251.0I had the worst experience last Saturday around 1:30 pm . This rude lady , told me on my face that she won’t touch the envelope that I licked, !! I had a check in it … no tape and who doesn’t lick the envelopes? I asked her so why she was wearing gloves?? She said she didn’t care and I replied to her I didn’t care either and I can lick my envelope and I can do whatever I want with my mouth… so took my envelope and I walked away and left my prepaid package there … without getting a receipt.I tried to contact the manager or customer service and it was impossible. If I could get a zero and Would , this nasty person had no education, principles and shouldn’t be working there . I never met a unrespectful and ignorant person like her . Not even a person with the lowest job position or salary behaves like her. Worst ever experience, in front of my kids but at least they learned from me how to defend themselves and not let anyone step on them… nobody deserves to be treated that way …
