Extremely slow. Only 1 person behind the counter who gives zero Fs about those waiting in line

I can't say enough good things about my experiences at this USPS location I visit regularly, and every time I'm greeted with a smile and excellent service. Margaret is simply amazing! She always goes above and beyond to help me with whatever I need. Her kindness and professionalism truly stand out. The whole team at this post office is great, including Jose, who is wonderful as well. But Margaret really makes it special. If you're looking for a post office where you'll be treated well and receive top-notch service, this is the place to go.

Their staff is extremely rude. One of the ladies at the front counter, I think her name is Conny), loves to be demeaning and raise her voice at customers for no apparent reason. You can't ask her for help because it seems like it frustrates her to do her job. I've seen it happen to people in front of me, and have been personally treated that way too. She is very condescending and likes to over complicate processes. It seems to me as if she takes her personal issues out on customers. I mean, I know your job sucks, but it's not my fault you work there. If you don't like handling your customer's requests, perhaps you should re-consider your career choice. Long story short, look for a different USPS location because this one is kind of horrible.
