    I sent certified mail, they tried once and said they would redeliver the next day. It has been two weeks and they never tried again, according to tracking. So my package is stuck there. Incompetence.

    If you don’t have to go here, don’t. The line is ALWAYS ridiculous and there is only ever one person working at any given time. They don’t seem to have any desire to properly staff this location.

    If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I just went in there with a return to Shein (mind you i’ve never done a return like this). I walked up with a smile and said “hi how are you?” and no response all I got was a “what do you need today?” I told her i’m doing a return with an order and I have a QR code for returns and i’ve never done it before.. “well you can’t return it like that” okay.. well how am I supposed to return it ? What do I do? She walks away from the desk to grab receipt paper instead of telling me so i’m waiting (thinking she’s grabbing something for me to put my items in so I can return it) and I say to her again what do I do for the return? With attitude she goes “you can’t return it like that in there you need to put it in something” so I grabbed my things and said you know what i’ll just bring this somewhere else because clearly you can’t help someone and that’s your job to do so and you have a terrible attitude. I stormed out of there. Unbelievable out of all the times i’ve been to a USPS, i’ve never had a negative experience and i’ve been to a lot of different locations. I drove an hour back near my house (I was in the Stamford area at the time) to return my items instead due to the terrible customer service i received here, seeing the other reviews people left i’m glad im not the only one who’ve experienced this attitude. I think the lady I had was either Helen or Andrea she was darker skin mid age / older lady. Unbelievable never will I go to this location ever again. Knowing the great benefits government employees receive, she should be thankful and A LOT happier she has a job there unlike younger people like me who have degrees and is trying so hard time & time again to get in with the state of government and how hard it is to get your foot in the door. BE MORE THANKFUL YOU EVEN HAVE A JOB IF YOU ARE READING THIS HELEN OR ANDREA.

    I wished I have read the comments before coming to the place and as an operation of the government someone higher needs to do something about this location. Helen as a manager should be fired immediately. She doesn’t know how to manage this location and apparently her employees don’t have any for her either. She is an complete embarrassment and representation of everything she does at this location
