This is not a one off either, I have had few interactions with him, and it's always the same negativity, rest of the staff seem friendly enough.

My letter was never sent. She yelled at husband and wrinkle the letter out of anger. Horrible customer service and no manners whatsoever. If I was UPS I would remove the name from that store.
