  The guy who runs this place is not a friendy person, probably shouldn't be working in retail if you are going to have an attitude and not want to help find solutions for your customers. This is not a one off either, I have had few interactions with him, and it's always the same negativity, rest of the staff seem friendly enough.

  The package I sent from this UPS location—NEVER arrived! When I inquired I was told it would take 3 weeks to arrive (Items was paid for a 2 day priority delivery)! Still no tracking available for this item-very frustrating! Lost- completely gone, no package and nobody knows (?) where it is!!!!!

  The owner of this ups store was awful to my mother. It was his fault that he scanned the barcode and did not take the package to return back to amazon. It showed up in my account that the package was scanned while she had the package. He would not take the package and was extremely rude to her. These type of businesses should not be owned by rude people like him. Please don't go to this ups store. There is another one a few miles down that I do suggest has way better customer service then this. And it's great amazon refunded me the cost of the item.

  I've had mixed experiences with this location. Some times friendly and helpful but couple of times I'd go in and be the only one in the store and just wait for someone to help me even as there were couple of employees working. Weird, didn't make sense. They'd just continue doing whatever it was they were doing as I stood by the counter. But like I said other times I'd be helped right away. Guess it depends who is in when you visit.
