In December, I bought a box specifically to ship a large item and was quoted about $250, with no mention of size limits or required modifications. On my return visit, I was told it could be shipped for $600, or $400 with a box modification. A drastic and unexplained increase. Basic assistance was also repeatedly refused (measuring tape, temporary use of a hand truck), which felt unnecessarily unaccommodating. I left without shipping. Disappointing service and lack of transparency.
