- DDDouglas Graneto DesignNov 13, 20251.0Hate that I am giving a bad review, since this is not something that comes easily to me, but my time spent there and lack of something to show for it shows that one can have a bad experience despite great reviews on Google. I dropped off three examples of stationery with brass plates and logos that I wanted replicated. I followed up with four emails, three phone calls, and eventually four additional visits without any success. The reason given was that one of the papers is not readily available, but that should have not stopped the other two requests for stationery from being completed, but, somehow it did. After twelve months I picked up my packet, and within three weeks I now have the stationery in hand with the "not readily available" paper along with the other two standard orders of stationery.
