When I walked in, there were a few people waiting in another line, but the Amazon return line was empty. Even though no one was at the counter at first, John came over right away after helping the other customers. He scanned my items within minutes — it was incredibly quick and efficient. John mentioned that he works fast because it gets busy, and I told him he’s doing an amazing job. He made the whole process so easy. He had long hair (in case there’s no more than one John hehe) and I really appreciated how friendly and helpful he was. Thank you, John, for making my return experience so smooth. Great job!

I was fortunate to work with John in the printing dept. He easily grasped what i was asking for and gave me a sense of confidence that it all would be do-able. Because the work was for a non-profit organization, he took the initiative to speak with his manager about any discounts he could offer on the total cost and was successful. I don't know if everyone is as capable as John, but he certainly is a great example of Staples customer service.

Sherry answered the phone when I called earlier to confirm the tech recycle service was available at this location and when I came in to the store she recognized my voice and dropped what she was doing to help me. She proceeded to educate me on other things I could recycle and the Staples rewards program. It has been over 10 years since I made a major purchase from this store but I have resolved to get my next electronic/office equipment from here specifically because of their personable service.
