They don’t respond to phone calls. They don’t respond to voicemails. They don’t follow up. They don’t help keep you in the loop when you have a job with them and they definitely do not advocate for you. Waste your time anywhere else, but not here.

- GMGabe M.Sep 23, 20251.0very displeased with a "catch up call" with Austin Royle. After going over my professional experience, I was interrupted multiple times. When I discussed the salary expectations for my career search I was immediately told "well, looks like you'll be stuck working where you are at for awhile". This was extremely unprofessional and not a good representation for your agency. A recruiter like this does not have my best interest at heart and only tells me they want to match someone to any job just to meet their numbers by quarter end. The rest of the call did not inquire anything about what my geographic market is, my work schedule is like, what sorts of complicated projects I worked on, nothing other than being told I am unrealistic and will be stuck looking for a job for a while. "I have been doing this for 9 years, my colleague for 10 years, you will never see that salary in Fairfield County" Again, this is a comment that doesn't have my work experience or even takes anything I work hard for into account. Very disappointed.
