  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a great experience working with Michelle Kenney. She helped me land a job in less than a month, and I’ll be starting my new role in two weeks. Michelle was incredibly supportive throughout the entire process—checking in before and after interviews, giving updates, and making sure I always felt prepared. She also had a team member, Perry Rizopoulos, reach out to give me interview pointers, which helped ease a lot of my stress and anxiety. This process had always felt overwhelming to me, but Michelle truly took the pressure off and made me feel like I was in good hands. She goes above and beyond, and I’m very grateful to have worked with her.

  I would give this place negative stars if it was possible. Not one single person in this office cares about you. They just want your money. They don’t respond to emails. They don’t respond to phone calls. They don’t respond to voicemails. They don’t follow up. They don’t help keep you in the loop when you have a job with them and they definitely do not advocate for you. Waste your time anywhere else, but not here.

  I had the privilege of working with Michelle Kearney and her outstanding colleagues to find my perfect fit. She was so attentive, responsive, and transparent the entire way. I was able to find and secure an amazing position in less than a month with her help. I will definitely be referring fellow students and former colleagues in the future!

  very displeased with a "catch up call" with Austin Royle. After going over my professional experience, I was interrupted multiple times. When I discussed the salary expectations for my career search I was immediately told "well, looks like you'll be stuck working where you are at for awhile". This was extremely unprofessional and not a good representation for your agency. A recruiter like this does not have my best interest at heart and only tells me they want to match someone to any job just to meet their numbers by quarter end. The rest of the call did not inquire anything about what my geographic market is, my work schedule is like, what sorts of complicated projects I worked on, nothing other than being told I am unrealistic and will be stuck looking for a job for a while. "I have been doing this for 9 years, my colleague for 10 years, you will never see that salary in Fairfield County" Again, this is a comment that doesn't have my work experience or even takes anything I work hard for into account. Very disappointed.

  Robert Half is a mess they give false information to your assignments example there shuttle to the office when there not they tell you start date then you start weeks later they don’t have your back or support they give low paying rates don’t use them!
