Unfortunately, my experience was very unpleasant. From the moment I walked in, I didn’t feel welcomed. I was immediately asked if I had filled out an online inquiry. When I said no, the woman assisting me, K.T. Dimming, seemed unhappy about it, as if I should have already known that was required. Throughout the interaction, she was very unfriendly. I genuinely felt uncomfortable asking questions because her responses were curt and rude. I admit I wasn’t sure what kind of business cards or paper I wanted, and that’s exactly why I came to the shop for guidance. Even if that’s not the usual process, I would have appreciated a polite explanation instead of frustration. At one point, when I couldn’t decide on the paper type, she asked me in a rude tone, “So what do you want?” That was the moment I decided I didn’t want anything from there anymore. I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary. Customers deserve to be treated with respect, especially when they come in looking for help.
