Even when it’s busy, she is incredibly kind, sweet, and professional. She turns a routine errand into the best part of the day. 10/10 service every time!

I was home all day awaiting a package needing a signature and they didn’t even attempt to get anything signed, they just stuck a slip in the mailbox and left and when I called for assistance I just got their stupid auto machine WHICH IS JUST AS USELESS AS THE DELIVERY PERSON

Checks, birthday cards, insurance cards etc… After going in and inquiring they said “sorry we didn’t get any change of address form from you?” YOUR CARRIER GAVE IT TO ME, I FILLED IT OUT AND GAVE IT BACK!!
