Filled out a change of address form and literally gave it to the mailman. For 2 months I didn’t get any mail at new address. Checks, birthday cards, insurance cards etc… After going in and inquiring they said “sorry we didn’t get any change of address form from you?” YOUR CARRIER GAVE IT TO ME, I FILLED IT OUT AND GAVE IT BACK!!

By far the WORST experience I’ve ever had in customer service. The guy in charge, claims his name is John, is completely disrespectful!!! Called yesterday and today about a package and he was just as rude yesterday as he was today! Horrible service!

Awful experience. Was waiting on a personalized gift for a month, 150 dollar value. Receive a dirty mailing label, clearly ripped from the package, in a plastic bag stating they are sorry the postal service damaged my item and hope it’s not an inconvenience. You mean you’re sorry someone stole my item since it’s no longer with the mailing label?! Well it is an inconvenience. And when I went into the office and told the old woman behind the desk, her first comment is “yeah sometimes that happens.” I am blown away that there is no better way to track or have accountability for items along the way. A package doesn’t just disappear.
