- JSJames SmithNov 15, 20251.0Filled out a change of address form and literally gave it to the mailman. For 2 months I didn’t get any mail at new address. Checks, birthday cards, insurance cards etc… After going in and inquiring they said “sorry we didn’t get any change of address form from you?” YOUR CARRIER GAVE IT TO ME, I FILLED IT OUT AND GAVE IT BACK!!
