- BGBelinda GarciaMay 24, 20231.0Horrible experience with the clerk who took care of us for our first passport APPOINMENT that we had scheduled on 5/10 for my 3.5 year old son and 1.5 year old daughter. She was passive aggressive with the older gentlemen in front of us when he requested to help with his shipment stating "Honey I am not your personal secretary" and tried to cover things up by being nice afterwards. I remember thinking ooops maybe i should have scheduled elsewhere but i decided to go here because they would probably be less busier and more patient with my kids, as opposed to my other options. I left here feeling like I should have put her in her place but more than anything I was shocked that she dared to tell me " ooo come on mom- it's just a picture" when I requested to quickly re-fix my son's hair before the picture. It literally took less than 1 minute. No it was not just a picture, it was our special moment as a family and my kids first passport that I would like to keep for memories to cherish. She clearly doesn't have kids and should not be working in a cutomer service .
