Not only did he help with our paid search channel, but Roger looked at our ecommerce website as a whole and pinpointed areas where we could improve to boost overall conversion rate.   Pay per click ads directly spend your money, so you don't want to be wasting it with poorly optimized ads. Learning how to properly setup pay per click ads can take a lot of experimenting and learning that we didn't have time for, so we hired GradientWave to fully manage our PPC needs. It's now our main source of inbound leads and as time goes on, we continue to lower the cost per lead as they finetune our ads. While our main need is PPC management, we've also used them for some other needs such as content writing, copywriting, and some search engine optimization. I'm pretty sure they can handle almost anything on the digital marketing front. As for customer service, they're very attentive to needs and emails, so we know we'll be taken care of. Thanks!
