- SCSusan ColeNov 18, 20211.0I am standing in the postal office here at Sherman and the ONE person behind the counter is actually boxing up and taping up a customers packages while three of us wait for this exchange is going on. The rest of us have our packages packed up and ready to send while this person takes up so much time. This should have been done differently… the woman should have been sent to the empty window to pack her own things while the rest of us were waited on. Now she is looking up a zip code which the customer could have looked up. This is absurd. It is. 11:02 in the morning I have been waiting for 13 min. and I am not first in line.
