I would like to take a moment to recognize an outstanding USPS employee, BHAR. I have visited this post office twice, and both times BHAR has provided truly exceptional service. She greets customers with a genuine smile, carries herself with kindness, and goes out of her way to be pleasant, patient, and helpful. In an environment where many people expect routine service, BHAR delivers something far more valuable. She brings warmth, professionalism, and a truly positive customer experience. It is rare to encounter someone who consistently brings such a bright and welcoming presence to their work. Whether the day is sunny or gloomy, BHAR has the kind of energy that lights up the entire space and makes customers feel comfortable and respected. Employees like BHAR represent the very best of what customer service should be. I strongly believe she would be an excellent candidate for advancement. Her professionalism, attitude, and natural ability to connect with people would make her a fantastic trainer for representatives across the country. USPS would benefit greatly from having more employees who embody the same level of dedication and positivity that she demonstrates every day. It is clear that BHAR takes pride in her work, and that kind of commitment deserves to be recognized. She is truly an asset to the USPS, and I hope her efforts are acknowledged and appreciated. Thank you, BHAR, for making such a positive impression and for representing your workplace with excellence.

BHAR is amazing. I had an issue with a label a while back and instead of making me go back home and print again, she was happy to manually type in. I have been back often and she always greets me with a smile. Amazing employee!

Bahr sadly missed her calling in life, as she easily could have been "employee of the year" at the DMV, multiple years running, undoubtedly. Instead, she chose to bring that same kind of abysmal service and unmistakable disrespect for her customers to the post office, and we all get to be beneficiaries of this! Not only does she close the post office whenever she darn well feels like it, outside of the posted "lunch hours", she (and her sometimes grumpy old man side-kick) feels that keeping the doors open until the posted 5pm close time is simply too much work, often closing them 15min early, as she simply can't deal with pesky customers who scrambled out of work early to drop off a package, expecting the doors to be open (stupid customers). And really, who can blame her? She might have to stay a few extra minutes after 5pm to help out those same customers, whose packages are certainly not more important sending out compared to her need to rush home after 5pm to binge-watch rom-coms all night. Keep it up, Bhar, you do you. It's true, no one else really matters, and neither do their silly packages getting out on time. Keep us guessing if we should risk a 15+min round trip to get there several minutes before the doors close only to see them locked and being shouted at behind that closed door, "We're closed!". Lame. Oh, and why do Bhar's friends keep posting here like she's actually doing her job properly? You're skewing the ratings to the detriment of all. ...to be fair, it may be that Bhar and team are simply trying to continue what appears to be the long-standing tradition of poor service at this location and it didn't necessarily originate with her.
