New to the neighborhood and had my first visit to this Shelton post office. The ladies at this location are SO WELCOMING, friendly and helpful - the completely co tradict the negative reputation some offices have. Love coming to this location, it will be my go to!

What's the point of having hours if you leave early all the time. What are we running on island time??

Went here today to get a passport. I was there for maybe 30 mins between filling out paperwork & taking my picture. Such a easy process. The two ladies working there were very helpful. They were also friendly & I am very satisfied with today's process. Thank you!

These people are lazy. They have been writing distance on my packages and that's why they won't deliver them, if you live half mile past your mailbox they won't deliver. Well I live 0.17 miles past there should be no excuse. We work all week and can't pick up the packages. Called multiple times and yelled at them. If this package isn't delivered today I'm going to the head person.
