I called staples and they said that’s on Amazon. How could it be on Amazon when I dropped off my item to them. This place is ridiculous and now I have to go through my bank to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous & a waste of time.

She said go home and put the file on a thumb drive and come back. I said “You have a computer right here, could you help me out if I send the file to you?” And she said she couldn’t help. Rude and dismissive.
