This store alone has lost 2 of my Amazon returns. Having to spend an hour each with Amazon to resolve.

Unhelpful and a waste of a trip. I tried printing something that exceeded the mail size limit, so I asked the lady with glasses at the print desk for help. She said go home and put the file on a thumb drive and come back. I said “You have a computer right here, could you help me out if I send the file to you?” And she said she couldn’t help. Rude and dismissive.

Walked in for a TSA pre check and didn’t have an appointment but didn’t wait for more than 5 minutes. The staff working the travel area was very helpful and made the experience quick.

I haven't been to a Staples store in over six years, but after three separate visits, this store in particular deserves attention.
My first visit was on November 11th, when I placed an online order for 10 printed resumes and paid an extra dollar for a guaranteed 4:30 PM pickup. I opted in for both text and email updates and received confirmation that the job was in progress. By 5:30 PM, with no communication from the store, I had to drive down myself because I urgently needed the resumes that evening.
When I arrived, the prints were ready, but no one could explain why I never received a notification. The staff insisted it was their “first day using the new system,” yet I received the “ready for pickup” email at 6:30 PM — an hour after I had already picked up the order. I requested a refund for the $1 rush fee on principle, not the amount, but the team made me wait over 10 minutes and became defensive when I explained I was in a hurry. I asked if General Manager (Pete Antao) could simply open the drawer and process the refund. After waiting another five minutes without him showing up, I left without it.
The following day, I returned to purchase a printer due to my lack of trust in their printing department and experienced a similar lack of service. Not a single employee was visible on the floor. When I worked at Staples years ago, we were trained to assist customers immediately — this store operated the complete opposite. One associate couldn’t even tell me what aisle the paper was in, and then incorrectly claimed the starter ink yield was only 10 pages (Canon states 100+ pages).
My third visit, on Monday the 17th, was equally disappointing. I came in to return a simple printer cord, yet again found no staff available beyond one cashier and absolutely no management presence.
Overall, this store is consistently understaffed, poorly managed, half the shelves were empty and lacks even basic customer service standards. Prices are higher than ever, yet the service has never been worse. After three negative experiences in a row, I won’t be returning. This is, without question, the poorest-run Staples location I’ve ever visited.
