  I've read all the negative reviews and I have to say that I did not experience any of the issues reported here. I applied for a refinance on line at the beginning of April and my loan was approved and preexisting loan paid off. The whole process took about three weeks in total

  Began the nightmare with these people on March 3rd. Since then there have been 4 distinct periods of prolonged silence where you delude yourself into thinking that maybe they've gotten everything they need. Since they don't trust you to tag and title it yourself, been waiting 1 and a half months to even get my rig registered and titled. Finally heard back today, "oh, we need another document ". DO NOT EVER CONDUCT BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. If possible I'd give a negative star rating they have been that bad

  Yup may as well jump on the bandwagon this so called finance company is pathetic no wonder so many bad reviews how do they stay in business!!!!!

  I was dealing with Gioconda Johnston and it was a waste of my time, just did not want to do anything and could not even reply to emails

  Don't waste your time or the credit check ding. After approval on a loan, you will NEVER get a call back from loan processor Ricky Aubrey. Multiple messages to both him and customer service and 3 weeks later, still no communication from Ricky, Good Sam or Bank of the West. Customer service takes 20+ minutes on hold and they can't seem to get anything done either. Good Sam is a big name in the camping world and I can't believe they are allowing their reputation to be a 1 star on google as well as the banks losing the interest on these loans. And needless to say, they have all of my information and who knows if it's being protected. But I called another bank last week, got approved and had the check ready for our "new to us" camper in less than 2 days.
