    The employee DULI is not only a model worker in terms of how he performs his FedEx services for you, but in how he goes above a beyond with his congeniality. Shared stories with him about family names, and he ended up literally, single-handedly, putting huge smiles on my brother and I’s faces that MADE the rest of our nights. He deserves recognition by anybody who goes here as well as the entire FedEx corporation for the manner in which he represents their brand. He truly should GET a raise, he has already EARNED it.

    I never write reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised - John/Jon (?) behind the counter handled my transaction to ship my passport and documents internationally to the UK with ease, knowledge and a professional calm confidence. He was quick yet careful with the forms and documents, helping me get the job done. Rare great customer service.

But John, John from the FedEx on Bridgeport Avenue in Shelton Connecticut may just be the MOST influential. A champion of customer service, John always provides uncompromising quality with each transaction he handles. He does all of this with a fantastic smile and attitude 'round the clock every day. No matter where you live in (or out) of the country, the trip to THIS FedEx is worth it to meet John. If you are lucky enough to have this as your regular FedEx store, make sure to thank John the next time you see him. We love you John!
