- BPB PFeb 24, 20261.0Worst WORST post office. I have been getting previous tenants mail for over a year now and despite my numerous complaints and cases made nothing is done. Hire better people .
- MWMatthew WhiskeymanJan 4, 20261.0They were unable to provide basic ID verification required by the government despite having instructions to bring the documents to that exact post office with address listed. I went to Naugatuck instead and they said any post office can do verification. They completed the verification and I was done out quickly. There is much more that has been mishandled which caused me a lot of issues and money. That is just the tip of the iceberg.

I suggested using the other terminal. The postal worker responded she couldn't log into 2 terminals at the same time. Logging off one terminal and logging into the other wasn't an option. 🤷♀️ I left with my package.
- MHM. H.Sep 27, 20251.0Not sure how many times we need to complain, or to who, but at the balance rock condos packages are being left in the ‘SECURE’ containers, completely open. The containers the post office demanded that we have, and are refusing to utilize them. This is unacceptable. They are not leaving the KEYS in the mailbox THEY ARE PUTTING MULTIPLE PEOPLES PACKAGES IN ONE OPEN CONTAINER.
