- DGDebra GiambraOct 20, 20251.0Worst post office in the valley!!!! Aweful staff, terrible service. Needed to mail a small package. Apparently the terminal was malfunctioning. I suggested using the other terminal. The postal worker responded she couldn't log into 2 terminals at the same time. Logging off one terminal and logging into the other wasn't an option. 🤷♀️ I left with my package.
- MHM. H.Sep 27, 20251.0Not sure how many times we need to complain, or to who, but at the balance rock condos packages are being left in the ‘SECURE’ containers, completely open. The containers the post office demanded that we have, and are refusing to utilize them. This is unacceptable. They are not leaving the KEYS in the mailbox THEY ARE PUTTING MULTIPLE PEOPLES PACKAGES IN ONE OPEN CONTAINER.

- SSSusanAug 18, 20251.0Went about a week ago to the post office to have a package mailed. Paid almost $10 for it and the person at the counter said the package would be delivered in a few days. Just now our mailman dropped off a damaged open package on our doorstep. I came out and asked him what it was and he said that the front desk at the post office said that there was postage due on the package mailed last week. They claim we never paid for it. I said of course we did. He said they must have forgotten to put the postage on the box and now it's being returned to us. First of all the package was damaged and opened... Secondly we paid for postage and the office never followed through and mailed the package. It takes unprofessionalism and incompetence to a whole new level. It's sad when you live in Seymour and you have to go to a different town's post office. But I guess that's what we're going to have to do.
