- MWMatthew WhiskeymanJan 4, 20261.0They were unable to provide basic ID verification required by the government despite having instructions to bring the documents to that exact post office with address listed. I went to Naugatuck instead and they said any post office can do verification. They completed the verification and I was done out quickly. There is much more that has been mishandled which caused me a lot of issues and money. That is just the tip of the iceberg.

- DGDebra GiambraOct 20, 20251.0Worst post office in the valley!!!! Aweful staff, terrible service. Needed to mail a small package. Apparently the terminal was malfunctioning. I suggested using the other terminal. The postal worker responded she couldn't log into 2 terminals at the same time. Logging off one terminal and logging into the other wasn't an option. 🤷♀️ I left with my package.

The containers the post office demanded that we have, and are refusing to utilize them. This is unacceptable. They are not leaving the KEYS in the mailbox THEY ARE PUTTING MULTIPLE PEOPLES PACKAGES IN ONE OPEN CONTAINER.
