He often tries to charge for boxes/envelopes for Amazon returns when there is no charge. I avoid it like the plague, whole foods is way better. Aside from that on a good day they act as though they are doing you a favor. I had a heavy package and they made me stack it for the UPS driver. Just about as awful experience as it gets, I only use it out of necessity when I can’t avoid it. Fedex in Shelton is so much nicer with friendly staff. This place is operated like it uses prison help. Please sell the location to someone who cares.
