She walked us through the process and was very knowledgeable. My wife and I felt very welcomed and at ease with the whole process start to finish. Asia processed our paperwork quickly and accurately. Manuel patiently took our kids pictures even though some of the kids were wiggly. Top notch service. We are very pleased. A staff member came out and gave our kids activity books, stickers, and crayons to our kids. Very accommodating. Extremely professional and efficient! Thank you and Great Job Asia!

ASIA deserves to be recognized by management for her exemplary customer service. She is outstanding, and is most deserving of a bonus, a raise, and a promotion! She was the only employee working, it was 10 mins before closing, and yet she was still smiling brightly, and was professional, polite, kind, and energetic with each and every customer! Asia was a true bright point in my day today, and I'm sure in many others' as well. In my 50+ years, how many times have I said that about an employee at the Post Office, well, not until today.
