- DKDeborah KilleenMar 9, 20241.0Lazy employees are uninterested in assisting customers even though they are on the clock. Website states walk in hours for passport services. Employees simply refuse to help even though the place is empty and they aren't busy. One employee said he couldn't help because he was leaving soon, which wasn't true since he was still there 1 hour later. Another employee said, "This is going to friggin take forever." It's disappointing to see such a lack of work ethic. I have all of the required documents organized and am spending hundreds of dollars. It's shameful service by people who couldn't be bothered while at work.
