Waited on the phone for 25 minutes to speak to anyone/ someone!! I sent a card with a gift enclosed May 11! The person never received it. Never returned it back to me either! WHAT are return labels for???? I have so many problems with service.. mail placed in other boxes, mail not received and mail sent and not received! This postal service in Prospect is pathetic!!! I have confidence in 1… Scott! The office head honcho is nasty also! That’s why this postal service here is so lowly rated!

I agree Paul the Postmaster I believe is a very angry man. Why he is still there I have no idea I have seen many complaints about him, however the people at the counters inside are so pleasant. I really like them.

I had a horrible experience when I called the post office the other day. The man on the phone was extremely rude. I called to ask if my mail was being held at the post office, since I hadn't received any in a few days. Since there was a lot of snow around our mail box, I thought that maybe they couldn't deliver it. When I asked, the man replied with a rude, sarcastic tone of voice "Well, if you haven't received any mail then it must not be being delivered to you" (like I was stupid for even asking). I also called today to ask about a package that I haven't received, and the same man was very rude and short with me on the phone. I would think that since the USPS in general is a dying breed, the workers would be much more kind and accommodating to their customers.
I do have to say that the few times when I have actually bee inside the post office, the workers at the counter were very helpful and pleasant. This man however, must not be a counter worker, and must hate his job.
This man should be fired.
