  This place always has a hard time hiring staff could not get in the door at least 12 people ahead of me and not moving for 5 mins pls for the love of God hire more people at least for the holidays

  This store hires thieves. I went there on November 2, 2025, to ship a brand new iPhone 17 Pro Max. I purchased one of their envelopes that already came with its own tape, and the employee — a young man with braids — helped me seal and ship it. When the package was delivered, the phone was missing, and the envelope had been resealed with a second layer of tape. There is no way this could’ve happened without someone tampering with it after I left the store. I have every reason to believe that the employee who helped me was involved in stealing my phone. This is unacceptable and unprofessional. I will be seeking full compensation for my stolen item and requesting that UPS review their store footage and delivery records. If this is not resolved, I will be taking legal action.

  Store 4975 did an EXCEPTIONAL JOB packing my auction items to be sent to me. Each item was wrapped in bubble wrap with very much care and placed in a nice sized box with very adequate packing paper. However, when I received the box with many damaged areas on the box. The contents were broken. We are working on collecting the insurance I covered the items with. Store 4975 is not to blame for damage. The damage was caused in transport. We are hopeful to resolve this issue quickly.
