Under the leadership of Postmaster Joseph Cardenas, this post office has consistently failed to provide satisfactory service to customers. The staff's unprofessional behavior, coupled with inadequate communication and frequent errors, have created a frustrating and negative experience for the community. I urge the USPS to investigate these matters and take immediate action to address the concerns of local residents.
