- JOJon O'neilSep 11, 20245.0I have been coming here for years and while it was fifty/fifty at some points the office has had a rebirth! The new postmaster was super helpful and kind! Along with the rest of the staff Pomfret is in good hands! Feels like Cheers when I walk in now!!

They never deliver the packages to the right address, and there’s no accountability to the drivers for their constant lack of care for the job. They give poor excuses and not helpful answers. Very displeased with the negligence and lack of empathy. People make mistakes absolutely, But 3 times a week a packages being “miss placed” or “delivered to the wrong address” maybe you should start having the drivers take a Breathalyzer/ drug test.
