I have been trying to get my fingerprints done for over month now and six visits to various locations in CT and NY later, this office got it done in minutes with incredible service, good humor and kindness. I wish I got the clerks name to thank him personally, but the nice man working on Monday is the best! Seriously thank you so much.

Now i need to go pick up my package because someone didnt wanna do their job and was too lazy to knock. Then you call customer service and they give you the whole run around and dont even bother to answer the phone. So your sitting there like an idiot waiting while they could care less.
