- GPGregory Petersen6 days ago1.0They have lost an astonishing amount of packages (nearly 40 percent). Not just USPS in general, this exact location. My tax payments, my wifes wedding dress. And most recently they lost and returned a package I was sending out of the country. Despite the package never leaving the country THEY REFUSED to give me a refund. The manager tells me, "well maybe its because of your attitude" admitting that he knows why my package failure rate is so high, if he doesn't have a hand in it himself. Evidently the local post office failed to include the proper postage in sending it out of the facility. At least, that is what every other part of the postal system says. This local office just threw their hands up saying they've never seen this before. That is straight up theft of service. That is what you can expect at this location. Theft and incompetence.

- DRDiana RiosMar 29, 20251.0My package had to signed for i waited in my livingroom for it and they didnt even knock on my door just put the post it that i wasnt home what kind of people work there that they cant be bothered to deliver the packages correctly. Now i need to go pick up my package because someone didnt wanna do their job and was too lazy to knock. Then you call customer service and they give you the whole run around and dont even bother to answer the phone. So your sitting there like an idiot waiting while they could care less. Useless people working there
- RBRich BunnellAug 17, 20205.0Above and beyond great customer service. Thank you USPS/Plantsville postal office for your service and dedication during this time that we are all going through. Tracking on package said it was delivered early in the day, although nothing in the mailbox. Called up and spoke to them. They went back out, retrieved it from wrong address and delivered it back to us right at our front door.
